Pasote Añejo is an additive-free Highland tequila aged at least twelve months in American white oak, bottled at 80 proof.

Pasote is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands, distilled in small stainless-steel pots with volcanic-rock-filtered well water in San Julián. This añejo ages a minimum of twelve months in American white oak, mellowing the roasted agave into a richer, more nuanced spirit while remaining additive-free.

Tasting Notes

Soft roasted agave, clean vanilla, rich caramel, and smoked nuts; velvety and smooth, with cooked caramel, dried fruit, and coffee on a long finish.
