Age & ID Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol or tobacco at Laker’s Liquor, in accordance with California law.

We card. Please present a valid, current, government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport or military ID). We reserve the right to refuse any sale where age cannot be verified, where an ID appears altered or expired, or where we believe a purchase is being made on behalf of a minor.

Responsible Service

We are committed to the responsible sale of alcohol. We will not sell to anyone who appears intoxicated, and we reserve the right to decline or limit any sale at our discretion.

Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive. If you need a ride, use a rideshare or call a friend.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to state regulations on alcohol sales, all alcohol sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged once they leave the store. If a product is defective or you believe there is an error with your purchase, please contact us right away at (323) 754-9813 and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any information you share with us — for example, when you sign up for our newsletter or send a message through this site — is used only to respond to you and to send updates you’ve opted into. We don’t sell your personal information.
