Pasote is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands, distilled in small stainless-steel pots with volcanic-rock-filtered well water in San Julián. This reposado rests a minimum of four months in American white oak, adding gentle barrel character while keeping the spirit additive-free.
