Pasote Blanco is an additive-free Highland tequila from San Julián, Jalisco, distilled in stainless-steel pot stills with volcanic-rock-filtered well water, bottled at 80 proof.
Pasote is made from 100% estate-grown blue agave in the Jalisco Highlands. The agave is roasted to draw out its herbaceous depth, then distilled in small stainless-steel pots using water filtered through volcanic rock from an in-house well. It is certified additive-free, with no glycerin, chemicals, or added flavors.
Tasting Notes
Fragrant with fresh herbs and citrus; clean and bright on the palate, with intense agave balanced by notes of pineapple on the mid-palate.
