Casa Maestri Mezcal Joven is a 100% Maguey Espadín mezcal from Oaxaca, roasted in earthen pits and twice copper-distilled, at 80 proof.

Casa Maestri’s mezcal is made from Espadín agave grown in the small mountain villages of Oaxaca. Following a centuries-old process, the magueyes are harvested and cooked the traditional way in earthen pits, giving the mezcal its signature smoky character, then distilled twice in small copper stills for a rich, complex spirit.
