Yuzu Gin is produced by Kyoya Distillery, one of the oldest distilleries in Kyushu, founded in 1834. Kyoya is helping lead the Japanese gin category while staying rooted in its premium shochu heritage. The distillery uses small 200-liter stainless Japanese stills and distills its botanicals separately — a time-intensive process that allows precise control over the spirit’s flavor. The unusual sweet-potato shochu base lends a lovely, complex richness rarely found in gin.
