Laws Whiskey House is a grain-to-glass Denver distillery that mills, cooks, ferments, distills, and ages every batch on-site using heirloom Colorado grains, open-air on-grain fermentation, sour-mash fermentation, and a copper pot-column still, with maturation in 53-gallon charred oak.
