Rare Perfection 14 Year is an ultra-aged Canadian-distilled four-grain bourbon-mashbill whiskey — bottled by the team behind Preservation Distillery in Bardstown (Very Olde St. Nick, Wattie Boone) from rare casks discovered in a cold single-level warehouse.

The casks were new charred oak filled with a Waterloo, Canada-distilled four-grain bourbon mash bill, aged in a warehouse that stayed cold year-round — dramatically slowing wood interaction. After 14 years, the result is unusually refined for its age.
