A limited release from Laws Whiskey House, the grain-to-glass Denver distillery that mills, cooks, ferments, distills, and ages every batch on-site using heirloom grains from family-owned Colorado farms. Open-air on-grain fermentation and a copper pot-column still produce a robust, grain-forward style, aged in 53-gallon charred oak barrels for a minimum of three years.
