Foursquare Epilogue is the oldest release in Foursquare’s celebrated Exceptional Cask Selection — a 19-year-old Barbados rum that closes the series.
Hand-selected by Richard Seale, the Exceptional Cask Selection has showcased Foursquare’s most coveted rum for nearly two decades, and Epilogue stands as both its culmination and conclusion. It is a blend of pot and column rums distilled from molasses on a double-retort copper pot still and twin Coffey column still, then aged 19 years on-site in Barbados in ex-bourbon barrels. There is no added sugar, coloring, or other additives, and it is non-chill-filtered.
Tasting Notes
Rich and unctuous, with grapefruit, caramelized orange, toffee, nougat, butterscotch, and brown butter, framed by undertones of leather, tobacco, and tropical fruit.
