Double A is a Texas straight bourbon built around a mash of Texas corn, Saskatchewan rye, and North Dakota malted barley, triple-distilled on a Vendome pot still and cut with reverse-osmosis Texas limestone water. It matures in hand-selected charred new American white oak barrels for a smooth, velvety character. The 100-proof “Affirmation & Accountability” sits in the middle of the range and is the most classic-feeling of the three.
