The fourth chapter in Bushmills’ acclaimed Rare Cask series, this 31-year-old single malt is triple-distilled from 100% malted barley at the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery in County Antrim. The extended finish in new American oak builds layers of warm honey, vanilla, and chocolate over three decades of maturation, bottled at 91.2 proof.
